More traffic is not always the answer.
If the page attracts people looking for something else, another 1,000 visits will not solve the business problem.
Ask:
If the answer is unclear, the problem may start in Find.
traffic: "more"
right_people: "unclear"
search_intent: "check it"
# the problem may start here
if intent → "unclear":
inspect("Find")
A visitor should not have to solve a puzzle.
Within the first few moments, they should understand:
If the headline sounds good but says nothing, design will not solve the clarity problem.
“Best quality”, “professional service” and “happy customers” are not proof by themselves.
Trust is built by things that can be verified:
Someone is interested.
What happens now?
If they have to hunt for the phone number, go through five menus, fill in an unnecessarily long form or cannot tell what will happen after submitting it, you lose part of the interest you already earned.
Contact should not be a reward for persistence.
interest: "present"
phone_number: "easy to find"
next_step: "clear"
contact_path: "works"
# contact should not be a reward for persistence
Without measurement, it is easy to conclude:
“SEO does not work.”
But perhaps organic traffic is arriving and the form is broken.
“We need more traffic.”
But perhaps people are already arriving and the offer is unclear.
Measurement does not solve the problem by itself. It lets you stop guessing.
measure traffic
measure form
measure contact_path
measure interest_loss
→ stop_guessing()
Open your website on a phone as if you have never seen the business before and answer these without extra explanation:
Can you find the next step within a few seconds?
1. Is it immediately clear what the business does?
2. Is it clear who the service is for?
3. Can you see a reason to trust the business?
4. Can you find the next step within a few seconds?
5. Does that contact path work?
6. Do you know where real enquiries come from?
If several answers are “I don't know,” that is a signal that the problem is not one random button colour.
If you can see the symptoms but cannot reliably identify the cause, an Audit is more sensible than another random intervention.
The SEOFixLab Audit examines the full journey and gives you priorities and a 90-day plan.

Stop guessing. The Audit is designed to find where the journey is breaking and what should be fixed first.
