1. About these terms

These terms govern use of seofixlab.com and the general framework of SEOFixLab services. For a specific project, the accepted offer, scope, invoice, contract, email confirmation or other written project documentation controls. If there is a difference between these general terms and specifically agreed project terms, the specifically agreed terms take precedence to the extent permitted by law.

2. Nature of SEOFixLab services

SEOFixLab may provide services such as website creation and maintenance, managed hosting, technical support, an SEO/GEO-ready foundation, audits, content and technical analysis, local visibility, implementation, measurement and other agreed digital services.

The exact scope, price, timelines, number of revisions, deliverables and responsibilities are defined for the specific service or project.

// 03

3. No guarantee of rankings or business results

SEOFixLab does not guarantee a specific position on Google or another search engine, citation or visibility in AI systems, a specific number of visits, leads, calls, bookings, sales or revenue.

Search engines, AI systems, platforms, competition, the market, user behaviour and many other factors are outside SEOFixLab's control. Terms such as “SEO/GEO-ready”, “optimised” or “prepared for search” describe work on the foundation and alignment of the system, not a promise of a specific result.

// 04

4. Website information is not individual professional advice

Guides, articles, examples, checklists and other public documentation are provided for general information. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial or other regulated professional advice.

SEO, marketing and technical recommendations must be assessed in the context of the specific website, market and business objective.

// 05

5. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing SEOFixLab with accurate and lawful business information, content, access and materials needed for the agreed work.

  • The client confirms business facts, prices, services, references, legal claims and other information that only the client can reliably verify.
  • The client confirms that they have the right to use supplied photos, logos, text, fonts, video, data and other materials.
  • The client is responsible for final approval of content published in their name unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Delays in required material, access or approvals may affect the project timeline.

6. Domains, hosting and third-party services

Domains, registrars, DNS/CDN services, payment processors, email services, Google services, analytics, platforms, libraries, fonts, plugins, APIs and other third-party systems operate under their own rules and may change price, functionality, availability or terms outside SEOFixLab's control.

SEOFixLab does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services and is not responsible for their failure, suspension, security incident, policy change or decision that SEOFixLab objectively does not control, except to the extent SEOFixLab's own actions contributed to the problem and liability cannot legally be excluded.

Where SEOFixLab manages hosting or another technical layer, responsibility and support boundaries are defined by the specific offer or agreement.

// 07

7. External, affiliate and referral links

SEOFixLab may link to tools, providers, hosting services, software, sources or other websites we consider useful. A link is not a guarantee of their product, availability, price, security or terms.

In the future, some links may be affiliate or referral links. If you make a purchase or another qualifying action through such a link, SEOFixLab may receive a commission or other compensation, usually at no additional cost to you.

Where the commercial nature of the relationship is not obvious, we will aim to disclose the affiliate/sponsored relationship clearly in a reasonable context. A purchase from a third party is made between you and that provider under its terms, privacy rules, refund policy and warranties.

// 08

8. Intellectual property and ownership

Content on the SEOFixLab website, the brand, original text, design and other materials where not stated otherwise are protected by applicable rights.

For client projects, ownership of final custom deliverables is governed by the specific offer or contract. Third-party fonts, photos, libraries, software, services and other licensed elements remain subject to their own licences and terms.

// 09

9. Payment, cancellation and scope changes

Price, payment method, timelines, refund rules, cancellation and scope changes are defined in the specific offer, invoice or project documentation. Additional work outside the approved scope may require a new estimate and additional fee.

// 10

10. Reasonable limitations of liability

SEOFixLab aims to provide services professionally and with reasonable care, but internet systems and business outcomes involve risks and dependencies that cannot be fully controlled.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEOFixLab is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from third-party decisions or systems, loss of search position, algorithm changes, third-party service interruption, or use of public informational content without individual assessment.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

// 11

11. Privacy and cookies

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, while browser technologies and consent settings are described in the Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings.

// 12

12. Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated when we change services, the technical model, third-party tools or where required by law. A new version applies from the date shown at the top of the page unless separately agreed terms apply to an existing contract.

// 13

13. Governing law and disputes

These general terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, subject to mandatory rights that may apply to a user under another applicable law and that cannot be excluded by contract.

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes by agreement. If that is not possible, jurisdiction is determined by applicable law and any specifically agreed valid terms.
