SEO Pricing·scope before price·smallest justified step

$ How much does SEO cost? It depends on what actually needs to be done.

SEO & Digital Implementation starts at €3,000 + VAT. The final price depends on what actually needs to be done. Improving a solid foundation is not the same job as reconnecting a website, content, local visibility, technical setup and measurement that have been working separately for years. So we define the scope first. Then the price.

// what affects SEO pricing?

Mostly the starting point and the amount of real work required.

We look at:

01
Website

the technical state of the website

02
Scope

the number of services and locations

03
Content

the existing structure and content

04
Local SEO

local SEO complexity

05
Implementation

what needs to be built, fixed or connected

06
Measurement

whether reliable measurement already exists

One label — SEO.

Very different amounts of work.

// what are you actually paying for?

What are you actually paying for?

You should not be paying for a mysterious monthly bag of “SEO activities”.

You are paying for the work your project actually needs, such as:

If your project does not need a component, there is no reason to invent it just to fill a package.

project-scope.log
work: "research and diagnosis"
work: "website and content architecture"
work: "SEO and local optimisation"
work: "copy and technical implementation"
work: "CRO"
work: "QA and measurement"

# no component invented to fill a package
// what if the scope is not clear?

Then we do not guess the scope.

That is where the Audit makes sense first.

The Audit identifies what is actually holding the system back, what should be fixed first and in what order.

If we then complete SEO & Digital Implementation together, the Audit fee is credited toward the project price.

01
Diagnose

Find the real problem

02
Prioritise

Know what comes first

03
Credit

Keep the next step fair

// when might you not need a large SEO project?

The smallest justified step is better than the biggest package.

If the offer itself is not clear yet, SEO will not solve that for you.

If you have no capacity for new customers, first decide what you actually want to achieve.

If the problem is small and isolated, there is no reason to turn it into a multi-thousand-euro project.

decision-check.log
if offer_is_unclear: "SEO will not solve that"
if no_capacity_for_customers: "decide what you want first"
if problem_is_small_and_isolated: "do not create a large project"

Before looking only at price, look at the business.

Before looking only at price, look at the business:

We will not turn that into a fake ROI calculator with two decimal places.

But it is a better basis for a decision than:

“Our competitor does SEO, so I suppose we need it too.”

Frequently asked questions.

How much does SEO cost per month?
SEOFixLab currently does not sell a universal monthly SEO package.

SEO & Digital Implementation is project work and starts at €3,000 + VAT.
Why not publish one final SEO price?
Because the final price depends on the actual scope. One price for two very different problems would either be unfair or create an artificial package.
Is the cheapest SEO enough for a small business?
Sometimes. Sometimes the cheapest option is simply the most expensive way not to solve the problem. First know what you are buying.
Is SEO guaranteed to pay off?
There is no honest guarantee. We can assess the opportunity, do the work properly and measure what happens. Business outcomes also depend on factors outside SEO.
What if I do not know what needs to be done?
Then an Audit makes sense first. Its job is to identify the problem and priorities before a larger investment.
