Part 1 — 7-Day Website
// 1. who provides the service

Who provides the service

Services under the SEOfixLab name are provided by the sole proprietor listed in the Legal Notice. Payments, invoices, and agreements are in that person's name.

// 2. what's included in the “7-Day Website”

What's included in the “7-Day Website”

With annual hosting, you get:

  • a website of up to 5 pages, built for your business;
  • copy, written from your questionnaire answers;
  • hosting, SSL, backups, and server updates;
  • basic setup for Google: titles, descriptions, structure, and business details;
  • a quick-contact bar on mobile, a QR code for the website, and a QR code for Google reviews.

We don't charge for building the website. The website is delivered and stays active only with paid hosting.

// 3. first version before payment

First version before payment

We build the first version of the website from publicly available information about your business and put it on our temporary address. That address doesn't appear on Google and expires after 7 days.

The first version doesn't commit you to anything. If you don't accept it, we delete it. If you'd like us to delete it sooner, email us and we'll do so without delay.

Images in the first version are generic illustrations, such as tools, a space, or a background. They don't show your people, premises, or work. When you send your own photos, we replace them.

Revisions start after payment.

// 4. price and payment

Price and payment

Hosting costs €20/month and is paid annually in advance: €240 + VAT where applicable.

Payments are non-refundable, except under the guarantee in section 5.

You pay for hosting one year at a time. You are not obliged to renew it.

The price for the following year is the price on our pricing page at the time of renewal. We state it in the reminder we send you at least 30 days before expiry. The year you have already paid for does not change.

// 5. timeline and guarantee

Timeline and guarantee

Your website will be live no later than 7 days from the day we have all three: payment, a connected domain, and the completed questionnaire.

Live means the first version of the website is published on your domain. Revisions are made after that, on the live website.

The timeline is paused while we're waiting on something from you: the questionnaire, materials, a reply, or domain access.

If the website isn't live within that time, we refund the full amount for the first year, and the website stays active until the end of that year. We issue the refund within 14 days to the account the payment came from.

// 6. revisions

Revisions

Your website includes 1 copy revision and up to 5 website revisions.

  • Copy revision: you read the copy and rewrite sentences or sections in your own words, and we put them on the site.
  • One website revision is one list of changes sent all at once.
  • Fixing our own mistake isn't a revision and doesn't use up a round.
  • Revisions don't include new pages or new features.

Revisions must be used within 30 days of the website going live. After that, unused revisions expire.

// 7. changes after launch

Changes after launch

Changes that aren't part of the revisions are billed at €50 + VAT per hour.

You only pay for the time spent, not a full hour. The minimum charge is 15 minutes.

// 8. domain

Domain

The domain is always registered in your name, and you pay the registrar for it. The domain price is not part of hosting.

If you don't have a domain, we'll walk you through registration at no charge. If you already have one, we'll connect it to your website at no charge.

To connect it, we need access to your domain settings, or you can change the settings yourself following our instructions.

// 9. email

Email

We put the email address you already use on your website. We don't create or maintain email addresses.

If you want email on your own domain (for example, [email protected]), set it up with a provider of your choice, such as Google Workspace or Proton. We'll enter the domain settings the provider requires once, free of charge. The provider is responsible for the email itself and its settings.

// 10. renewal and end of service

Renewal and end of service

At least 30 days before your hosting expires, we send you a reminder with the price and payment options for the following year.

If the renewal hasn't been paid by the expiry date, the website goes offline that day.

You can request a copy of your website up until the hosting expiry date. After that, we delete the website and can no longer send a copy.

// 11. website ownership

Website ownership

After payment, the website built for you belongs to you: the copy, design, and materials you approved and sent.

Fonts, software libraries, and similar components we use remain under their own licenses. This doesn't affect how you use your website.

Hosting is turnkey: we handle everything technical, so you don't have to learn or set up anything. That's why only we have access to the server, hosting, and website administration: we're responsible for keeping the website running and secure. We don't grant this access, even on request.

Send us your changes and we'll make them. If you want a copy of your website, just ask and we'll send it.

// 12. website without hosting

Website without hosting

A website without hosting costs €500 + VAT, one-time. It includes the same as a website with hosting: copy and revisions.

Setting up the website on your hosting is billed at €50 + VAT per hour.

Your hosting provider is responsible for the operation, security, and backups of a website on your hosting.

Part 2 — General rules
// 13. your obligations

Your obligations

To build your website properly, we expect you to:

  • send accurate information about your business, prices, and services;
  • send only photos, logos, and text you have the right to use;
  • review the website and confirm that the content is accurate;
  • not use the website for unlawful content.

We may suspend hosting if unlawful content appears on the website.

// 14. google rankings

Google rankings

We don't guarantee Google rankings, appearances in AI search, or any number of visits, calls, or sales. These depend on many things no one controls.

We are responsible for our work: a website set up so that Google and AI search can easily understand it.

// 15. third-party services

Third-party services

Domain registrars, Google, payment and email services, and similar services operate under their own rules. We are not responsible for their outages or for changes to their prices and terms.

For what we manage — hosting, SSL, and backups — we are responsible.

// 16. recommendations and affiliate links

Recommendations and affiliate links

On this website, we sometimes recommend tools and services from other companies. Some links may be affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

In that case, your purchase is with that company, under its terms.

// 17. guides are not individual advice

Guides are not individual advice

The guides and articles on this website are for general information only. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice.

// 18. limitation of liability

Limitation of liability

We work carefully and professionally. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, caused by third-party services, changes at Google, or outages we don't control.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current year.

This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

// 19. copyright on this website

Copyright on this website

The text, design, and brand of seofixlab.com are protected. You may not copy them without our permission.

// 20. privacy and cookies

Privacy and cookies

How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy, and you can change your choice in Cookie Settings.

When we host your website, we process your website visitors' data, such as server logs and contact form messages, on your behalf and only to run the website. You, as the website owner, are responsible for that data and for your website's privacy policy.

// 21. changes to these terms

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The new version applies from the date at the top of the page. For a year you have already paid for, the terms in effect at the time of payment apply.

// 22. governing law and disputes

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. We first try to resolve any dispute by agreement. If that fails, the competent court is determined under the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
